LAHORE: (Tuesday, December 13, 2022): Punjab University has awarded five PhD degrees to the scholars in which Muhammad Jahan Zaib S/o Munawar Javaid in the subject of Special Education after approval of his thesis entitled ‘Primary Special Education Program for Children with Visual Impairment Enrolled in Government Special Education Institutions in Punjab: An Evaluative Investigation’, Saira Rehman D/o Shaifq-ur-Rehman in the subject of Pharmacy (Pharmacognosy) after approval of her thesis entitled ‘Extraction, Physicochemical, Biological Evaluation and Characterization of Mucilage Obtained from Members of Cucurbitaceae Family’, Shahzad Ahmad S/o Muhammad Ashiq in the subject of Islamic Studies after approval of his thesis entitled ‘A Comparative Study of Eating and Drinking Commands in World Religions’, Hafiza Bushra Munir D/o Munir Ahmed in the subject of Solid State Physics after approval of her thesis entitled ‘First Principles Investigations on Structural and Magnetic Properties of Spinel Ferrites (XFe2O4: X=V, Mo, Zn)’ and Zeeshan Amjad S/o Muhammad Amjad in the subject of Physics after approval of his thesis entitled ‘Algebraic Aspects and Soliton Solutions of Generalized Heisenberg Magnet Model’.
