The online Public Defense of Muhammad Awais, Session 2018-2023 PhD dissertation in the discipline of Communication Studies is scheduled to be held on Friday, 23-06-2023 at 10:30 a.m. in Edward Said Board Room of the School of Communication Studies, University of the Punjab, Lahore. He conducted his research under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Noshina Saleem on the topic of “Laugh Labs and Viewers: Revisiting Uses and Gratification Theory by Analyzing Infotainment Consumption of Pakistani News Channels”.
