Faculty, students and staff of Institute of Applied Psychology, University of the Punjab congratulate Mr. Almas Irfan, a talented Ph.D. student in Applied Psychology, on successful defense of his dissertation entitled “Static and Dynamic Risk Factors of Reoffending in Juvenile Offenders Incarcerated in Punjab Prisons." Under the Supervision of Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique.

Mr. Almas Irfan is currently serving as a psychologist in prison department. He embarked on a journey to explore why some young offenders end up committing crimes again and again, which is a very important topic for criminal justice and society. To ensure the quality and importance of his work, experts from other universities, Prof. Dr. Syeda Shahida Batool from GC University Lahore and Prof. Dr. Amina Moazzam from Lahore College for Women University, were external examiners.
