LAHORE: (Friday, August 11, 2023): Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Khalid Mahmood has awarded ‘IEEE Appreciation Shield’ to Deputy Chief Librarian Kashif Khurshid and appreciated him for his dedicated efforts for the promotion of HEC digital resources. On this occasion, PU Chief Librarian Dr Muhammad Haroon Usmani and others were also present. The shield was announced by Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE) for successfully conducting 5th IEEE Quiz entitled ‘IEEE Xplore Challenge for Researchers in Pakistan’. Rashid Pervez and Majid Lodhi participated on behalf of IEEE from A&J;DEFTEK, Rawalpindi.
