A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Centre for South Asian Studies (CSAS), University of the Punjab, Lahore, and Jahangir Bader Institute of Vision and Leadership (JBIVL) on September 28, 2023. The Director CSAS, Dr. Naheed S. Goraya, and Chairman & Co-Founder of JBIVL, Zulfikar Ali Bader  signed the MoU. The MoU aimed at joint training and development programmes for youth, diplomatic staff and leaders together with any other individual / group/ organization seeking knowledge on social, economic and political knowledge and insights into Pakistan and South Asia. Dr. Naheed S. Goraya, the Director CSAS said that both institutes will try to deepen and expand the academic relations between local and international think tanks and research institutes that can lead to knowledge sharing and improvement in understanding on South Asia specific regional and international issues.
