PU CEMB, Evyol Group signs LAHORE: (Friday, October 20, 2023): Punjab University Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB) and Evyol Group, Multan has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to herald a transformative era in agricultural innovations. In this regard the signing ceremony was held at PU Vice Chancellor’s office. On this occasion, PU VC Prof Dr Khalid Mahmood, CEMB Director Prof Dr Moazur Rahman, CEO of Evyol Group Asif Majeed, senior researchers of Evyol Group, Ex-Cotton Commissioner Dr Khalid Abdullah and renowned cotton breeder Dr Muhammad Iqbal Bandesha were present. This strategic partnership will mark a significant milestone in the pursuit of excellence in multiplication, production, sales and development of new cotton varieties by exploiting CKC technology pioneered at CEMB. This collaboration is set to bring forth innovations that will redefine the landscape of cotton production and drive the sector to new heights of success. The participants highlighted the importance of this collaboration for the future of agriculture under the guidance of the VC.
