The Institute of Applied Psychology recently conducted a session for students of Organizational psychology on "Scope, Needs, and Trends in Industrial/Organizational Psychology" under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Saima Ghazal. The guest speaker for this session was Mr. Qaiser Abbas, an Award-Winning Coach and Motivational Speaker. The session specifically delved into the latest trends in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) psychology. Towards the conclusion, Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique appreciated their efforts by presenting a bouquet.
