The Institute of Applied Psychology recently held a session to guide students of organizational psychology about the "case study approach for I/O psychology”, with the instructions of Prof. Dr. Saima Ghazal. The guest speaker was Dr. Furqan Hamayoun, a certified life expert from Australia, shared very useful content in case study approach in I/O Psychology. At the session's conclusion, Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique conveyed her appreciation, acknowledging the efforts of the guest speaker in expanding students' understanding through the practical application of case studies in the field of Organizational Psychology.
