The Institute of Applied Psychology conducted a credited workshop on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS for its MPhil and MS Health Psychology students. The workshop was facilitated by the distinguished Prof. Dr. Rehan Ahmad Khan from the College of Statistical Sciences at the University of the Punjab, Lahore. Dr. Rehan commenced the session by providing a comprehensive overview of the fundamentals and various types of SEM. Through practical demonstrations, he elucidated the steps involved in SEM and addressed common challenges encountered in utilizing these techniques. The workshop, spanning six hours, offered an interactive platform for students to engage and learn from the Resource person, Prof.Dr Rehan Ahmad actively. At the conclusion of the event, Director Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique and Prof. Dr. Saima Ghazal expressed their gratitude to Prof. Dr. Rehan Ahmad for his invaluable training, acknowledging the significant contribution he made to enhancing the students' understanding of SEM.
