LAHORE: (Friday, January 19, 2024): Punjab University’s 132nd convocation will be held on Saturday (today) at 11 in the Faisal Auditorium. Chancellor / Governor Punjab Muhammad Balighur Rehman will preside over the convocation. The position holder students of BS, MA/MSc, MPhil and PhD who completed their degrees in 2022 will be bestowed medals and degrees. The full dress rehearsal of the 132nd convocation of the Punjab University was held here at the Faisal Auditorium, New Campus here on Friday. On this occasion, PU Acting Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Abdullah Khan Durrani, Registrar Dr Ahmad Islam, Controller of Examinations Muhammad Rauf Nawaz, Deans, Principles of Colleges, Directors of Institutes and heads of Departments were present.

(IMPORTANT NOTE): “All the Education Reporters, who will come to cover the 132nd Convocation of Punjab University, are requested to arrive by 10:30am as all the doors of Faisal Auditorium will be closed by 10:45am in view of the security situation. While the Photographers of the print media are informed that the photographs will be sent to them by the Public Relations Department after the Convocation”.
