PU PSC organizes seminar LAHORE: (Wednesday, July 03, 2024): Punjab University Pakistan Study Centre (PSC) has organized a seminar on “IMF & Pakistan’s Economy”. On this occasion, Pakistan Study Centre Director Prof Dr Naumana Kiran, Director Academic Punjab Group of Colleges Dr Tahir Ejaz, faculty members, PhD and MPhil scholars were present. In her address, Dr Naumana Kiran said that our decision-makers and political leadership need vision and intellect to address economic problems and to design a strategy to be self-reliant and to take Pakistan out of the IMF's vicious circle. Dr Tahir Ejaz explained the important economic terms and the implications that they have on the economy of a country. He shed light on a genuine empathy for the nation, clarifying the existing issues as well as the misunderstandings that commonly exist in Pakistan about the IMF.
